This is where you can discuss how you feel about the works that have been proposed for the estate, what you are happy/unhappy to pay for, what you feel does or doesn't need doing and also how the maintenance of the estate has been managed over recent years

Personally speaking, I am happy to pay for communal improvements (depending on the cost!) but don't want to be told my window frames need painting. Surely that's for me to decide? The information in my contract about which walls belong to me and which don't is really confusing. Anyone else feel this way?
